Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of messaging services provided by JPop (sole proprietor) via jpop.cloud. By using our service, you agree to these Terms. The SMS Program Terms below apply only if you separately and voluntarily opt in to SMS.

1) SMS Program Terms

Program name: Sean Alerts. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us for personal reminders and household coordination updates. Message frequency varies; typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. These SMS terms apply only to users who voluntarily opt in and are not a condition of using jpop.cloud.

SMS opt-in is a separate, optional, voluntary consent action. Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of any purchase, transaction, account creation, service access, or use of jpop.cloud. You may use jpop.cloud and communicate through non-SMS channels without opting into SMS.

• Opt in: optionally complete the unchecked-by-default SMS consent form at https://consent.jpop.cloud, then text START to +1 (858) 766-6969.
• Opt out: text STOP (or END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) at any time to cancel future SMS messages.
• Re-subscribe: text START after opting out.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• sending unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content;
• attempting unauthorized access to systems or data;
• interfering with service reliability or security.

3) Availability

Messaging services depend on third-party carriers and providers. Delivery is not guaranteed, and delays or outages may occur. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4) Not for Emergencies

SMS services are not monitored 24/7 and are not intended for emergency communications. Do not rely on SMS for urgent or life-safety situations.

5) Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://policy.jpop.cloud.

6) Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

8) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on this page.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
