These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of messaging services provided by JPop (sole proprietor) via jpop.cloud. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1) SMS Program Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Opt in: text SUBSCRIBE or START (or use another explicit opt-in flow we provide).
• Opt out: text STOP (or END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) at any time to cancel future SMS messages.
• Re-subscribe: text SUBSCRIBE or START after opting out.
• Help: text HELP or email admin@jpop.cloud.

2) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• sending unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content;
• attempting unauthorized access to systems or data;
• interfering with service reliability or security.

3) Availability

Messaging services depend on third-party carriers and providers. Delivery is not guaranteed, and delays or outages may occur. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4) Not for Emergencies

SMS services are not monitored 24/7 and are not intended for emergency communications. Do not rely on SMS for urgent or life-safety situations.

5) Privacy

6) Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

8) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on this page.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
